HOW TO CORRECTLY ADMINISTER QUADSEAL, STEP BY STEP

Always wear gloves.

Thoroughly disinfect teat ends using alcohol teat wipes - use at least one wipe per teat and scrub until the wipe comes away spotless. Use as many wipes as necessary to achieve this. Allow to air dry.

Begin with the teats furthest away.

Once the first teat is cleaned and dry, remove the cap from the uppermost tube.

Insert the cannula no more than 3 mm into the teat canal.

Squeeze the trigger gradually to dispense the entire tube while pinching the top of the teat.

Once the trigger is fully depressed, it will lock forward. Remove the nozzle without re‑squeezing the trigger.

The spent tube acts as the protective cap for the next tube.

Place the applicator in the holster of the special QUADSHOT teat sealing belt.

Clean the next teat.

Pick up the QUADSHOT applicator and give the trigger a gentle squeeze. This will remove the previously used tube and expose the clean tube ready for use.

Continue the sequence until all four teats have been treated.

Do not massage the teat after infusion.

Follow label instructions to ensure proper QUADSEAL removal from fresh cows.
